ABOUT NATALIA
I didn't fall in love
with yoga immediately.
I questioned it. I picked it apart. I wondered if it was really for me. But I kept showing up anyway. What I found on the other side is what Black Sheep Yoga is built on — coming home to yourself. Not a better version. The real one
Where the performance ends and you begin.
THE STORY
My body knew before I did.
I was born into movement. The daughter of a choreographer and ballet teacher, I danced at three and competed in figure skating for fourteen years. Movement wasn't something I discovered — it was the first language I spoke fluently.
Movement was always part of my life — but for most of it, it was about performing. Becoming better, more disciplined, more worthy. On the rink, on stage, and in life itself.
Yoga was where I finally started to let that go. Where I found, for the first time, that I didn't have to earn my place on the mat or in the world. I was already worthy. Just as I was.

I've reinvented my life more times than I can count.
Mexican and Russian by blood, shaped by eleven years in Buenos Aires and eight in New York. Currently in the UAE. I studied Communications, Philosophy, and Political Science across three cities and two countries. They shaped how I think about people, meaning, and the stories we tell ourselves.
What all of that movement taught me — and keeps teaching me — is that it is never too late to start again. To shed what you inherited, what you performed, what you thought you had to be. And to find, sometimes for the first time, who you actually are.
I've compared myself to everyone. The voice that says who do you think you are — I know that voice well. The difference now isn't that it's gone. It's that I catch it.
That journey of returning to yourself, to the life that lives on the other side of the noise, is what I teach.
WHY BLACK SHEEP YOGA
The black sheep has always carried a deeper meaning than the one we were taught.
Not the troublemaker. Not the outcast. The one who couldn't pretend to be something they weren't — and in that refusal, found something more honest than belonging ever offered.
Spiritually, the black sheep is the soul chosen to break cycles. To question what was inherited. To redefine what it means to belong — starting from the inside out.
Yoga has been about this for thousands of years. Yes, the poses. Yes, the breath. But underneath all of it — the real practice has always been the same. The return to yourself. The one underneath all the roles, all the noise, all the stories you were handed and forgot to question
Black Sheep Yoga is for the ones who feel that. Who have always moved a little differently through the world — not against it, just true to something quieter and more real inside them. And for the ones who haven't yet — but know that something needs to change
And that journey of becoming a black sheep — of shedding what was handed to you, of learning to trust what's quietly true inside you — takes a particular kind of toll. You carry it in your body, in your nervous system, in the way you hold yourself in the world.
The practice is where that has somewhere to go. Not for an hour of escape. But to build the foundation that holds you when you walk back out into your life.

FORMATION
The experience behind the teaching.
Over 15 years of teaching yoga across continents — created exclusive experiences, private sessions, corporate spaces, and immersive retreats in some of the world's most extraordinary places.
I spent five years at Jivamukti New York — as a student of Sharon Gannon and working within the organization. That immersion laid the foundation. But my teaching has been shaped by many extraordinary teachers since, by my own deepening practice, and by life itself — and by my students most of all. I also co-led two yoga teacher trainings in Buenos Aires, shaping the next generation of teachers.

THE PRACTICE
What you'll find in my classes.
No dogma. But depth — always. Every class has a moment where you go somewhere the workout alone can't take you.
You won't be pushed into a headstand. But I will hold the space and guide you to shift your energy — that's where the real work happens. Every class has challenge and every class has space. The poses are the tool. Coming back to yourself is always the point
Four styles, one approach: show up as you are and practice from there
