WHO IS THIS FOR

People who love yoga, love being in nature, and want to live a life they actually chose.

You know the value of slowing down and need a reminder. Mountains, lakes, open space — that's where you feel most like yourself. You have big dreams and you know clarity comes from going deeper, not doing more.

    ●    You want to go deeper into your practice than a weekly class allows

    ●    You have a sense something needs to shift — and you're ready to find out what

    ●    You want depth and fun in equal measure. Not one at the expense of the other.

    ●    You want to meet people who think the same way you do

    ●    You're done with the noise and ready to hear yourself again

    ●    You want to start 2027 knowing exactly how you want to live it

Oh — and you want to have a really good time doing it. That's a big part of this.

FIVE DAYS IN PATAGONIA

Five days away from everything. In one of the most extraordinary places on the planet.

Morning yoga. Evening yoga. Cold plunges in the lagoon. Hikes into the Andes. Farm to table food. Real conversations. And between all of it — guided sessions with Natalia where you do the actual inner work: releasing the year that was, getting honest about who you are, and getting clear on how you want to live the next one.

By day three something loosens. The practice creates space to hear yourself — maybe for the first time in a while.

Natalia creates the space. The practice gives you the tools. What you discover — and the vision you leave with — that's yours to keep.

THE PRACTICE

Two things happen here. Both matter.

PART ONE

The Yoga

Morning vinyasa to wake you up and open the door. Evening yin and meditation to integrate, slow down, and land. A real practice — challenging enough to matter, held in a way that makes you feel safe to go deep.

Your body is where this starts. Movement is the first way you begin to hear yourself again

Energising, grounded, intentional. Sets the tone for the day.

MORNING

Vinyasa

EVENING

Yin & Meditation

The slower practice. Where the day integrates and something settles

PART TWO

The guided inner work

Between practices, Natalia guides you through honest self-inquiry. Journaling, reflection, real questions — designed to help you release the year that was and get clear on who you actually are.

Not someone else's idea of who you should be. Yours. What you want. How you want to live. What needs to go. What you're ready to step into.

"Natalia will gently lead you to a place of greater understanding of what a practice is and how it can hold you." — LG, Patagonia 2024

By the end of five days most people have touched something they didn't expect. The yoga opened the door. The inner work walked them through it.

A DAY LOOK LIKES THIS

From the silence of the mountains to a table you don't want to leave.

You wake up to mountain air and complete silence. No city noise. Just the sound of horses moving somewhere nearby and light coming slowly through the trees. Coffee is already on.

Morning yoga starts when the day is still cool — a real practice, challenging enough to matter. Breakfast comes from the garden you walked past on your way to the mat.

The afternoon opens. A cold plunge in the lagoon. A hike with views so vast you genuinely stop thinking. A long lunch that turns into a conversation you didn't expect to have.

In between, Natalia guides you through the inner work — honest questions, journaling, real space to get clear on who you are and how you want to live the year ahead. It's not heavy. It's the part most people say they didn't expect to need as much as they did.

Evening practice is slower. Yin, meditation, stillness. Where the year starts to loosen its grip. And then dinner — a long table, good food, the kind of conversation that only happens when everyone put down their phone and slowed down.

Five days of this. It's enough to create a lasting shift.

THE PLACE

Cabañas Hacia El Sur. Raw, spectacular, and cared for in every detail.

On your way to breakfast you walk past the vegetable garden. You can see exactly where your food comes from. That's not a detail — that's the whole mood of this retreat.

Farm-to-table — literally

Organic, vegetarian, delicious. Grown on the land around you. Three meals a day.

_MG_7728.jpg

Beautiful and real

Large, comfortable, surrounded by mountains. Real character and care in every corner.

THE EXPERIENCE

The yoga practice

Morning vinyasa  and meditation to open the day. Evening yin  to integrate and land. Two sessions daily — real practice, adapted to the group.

Cold plunge in the lagoon

The lagoon is on the property. The kind of cold that resets your entire nervous system in about thirty seconds. You'll want to do it again.

Farm-to-table meals

Three meals a day from the vegetable farm steps from the kitchen. Organic, vegetarian. The table is always the best part of the day.

The inner work

Guided self-inquiry with Natalia. Journaling, honest questions, and the space to get clear on who you are and how you want to live the year ahead.

Hikes & excursions

Into mountains so big you stop overthinking. Views that stretch further than you can see. The landscape does its own work.

And of course joy

Because sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is have fun. Expect laughter, real connection, and people you'll want to stay in touch with long after you leave.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Horseback riding · Waterfall hike · Massage · Stand-up paddleboard

Add-ons are arranged locally and priced separately. You can confirm later on after booking

ON SHARING A SPACE

Shared rooms. Extremely comfortable. One of the best parts.

The property is vast, beautiful, and cared for in every detail — acres of land, a vineyard, a vegetable farm, a lagoon, 360 degree views. A walk from one end to the other takes five minutes. It's family-owned and it shows — in the food, the space, and the way everything has been looked after.

The rooms are shared by design, not budget. And the space is more than generous enough for both togetherness and solitude.

"Connecting with people. Experiencing the land. Reframing important concepts in a way I can finally connect with in ways I never have before." — Erin H.

THE SPACE

- Acres of land, 360° views

- Vineyard and vegetable farm on site

- Yoga deck spacious living room

- Family-owned, locally run

WHAT SHARED LIVING GIVES YOU

-> Space to be alone when you need it

-> Morning silence practice - together but inward

-> Walls come down faster than anywhere else

-> A temporary family by day two

-> The conversations that only happen here

THE MORNING SILENCE PRACTICE

We start each morning in silence.

Not as a rule — as a practice. It settles the nervous system, creates space for introspection, and makes the hours when you do talk feel like they actually mean something. It's one of the things that makes shared living here feel different from anywhere else.

YOUR GUIDE

Natalia

FOUNDER · BLACK SHEEP YOGA

Hi — I'm Natalia. My mission is to help you find a practice that takes you to the other side of the noise and lets you connect with who you actually are — on and off the mat.

That's what this retreat is about. In one of my favourite places in the world.

Yoga has given me so much. Patagonia has given me so much. I can't wait to share both with you.

QUESTIONS

Do I need yoga experience or a certain fitness level? This retreat is for people who are physically active and comfortable moving their body. Some yoga experience is ideal — but if you've never been on a mat and you're curious and open, reach out before booking and we'll figure out if it's the right fit. The practice is real, the terrain requires a body that moves, and the hikes cover uneven ground.

Will I be okay coming alone? Most guests come alone. The group is intimate enough that genuine connection happens within hours. You won't feel alone for long.

I'm not sure about the shared rooms. The space is large, beautiful, and genuinely comfortable. What we've found every single time is that sharing accelerates the connection. People who were strangers on day one are exchanging voice messages on day five.

What about phones and being offline? We strongly encourage a break from your phone during the retreat. Not a rule — a suggestion that most people end up grateful for. The wifi at the property is unreliable by design of the mountains, which makes the decision easier. You'll be reachable when you need to be. Everything else can wait five days

What about alcohol? Optional wine is served at dinner. We're real people who enjoy a glass — and we also have 7am yoga and a practice that asks something of you. So we keep it balanced. You'll know what that means

What's the cancellation policy? Cancel on or before July 31, 2026 — 50% of your deposit refunded ($150). After July 31, no refunds are issued. Your spot is fully transferable at any time. If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer or sell your spot to someone else — just let me know. If the retreat doesn't reach minimum capacity by November 4, the retreat is cancelled and all payments are fully refunded.

What about dietary restrictions? All meals are vegetarian and farm-to-table. Let me know your dietary needs when you book.

Is a payment plan available? Yes. Contact me directly — natalia@blksheep.yoga
