Expect in this class to find vinyasa, hatha and mix movement. Because it is about empowerment! Meaning to be able to recognize where you are at the moment and what you need to restore your balance, and feel connected. Open to an international community where everyone is welcomed, so this class might be taught in English, Spanish or both. Join if you are ready for an exciting journey within!

We will explore a specific pose in detail, emphasizing alignment refinement and offering modifications as needed, giving you the space to learn more about your body and the tools to fully benefit from the yoga poses . We will take what we learned here and integrate it into subsequent power vinyasa sessions, to take your yoga journey to a different level! Set your camera for tailored corrections and let's take your practice to another level!

Awaken your body and mind at the start of the day. Combining fluid movements with synchronized breath, this class typically flows through a series of postures that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each session may vary in intensity, but generally aims to energize practitioners and set a positive tone for the day ahead.

Expect fun and creative vinyasa flows incorporating also other forms of movement, meditation and pranayama. In this class we define power as being strong and gentle so we will work hard but also find a sense of balance to release stress and tension, integrating your mind, body and energy, this is an all around class!

This is a truly transformative practice, where we become warriors of patience and stillness, and learn to be in a body that is calm and knows how to release. Yin Yoga poses are typically held for 3-5 minutes, exerting positive stress on the subtle body tissues in a relaxed, receptive way to trigger the body’s natural repair response, leading to stronger and more supple joints.
