Hiking experience in Bariloche and overnight stay in a mountain hut.

2 Night stay in Bariloche (the 1st and 3rd night). During this time you can explore Bariloche and prepare for the hike and a space to rest after the hike.

1 Night stay in the Mountain Hut, this is the ultimate mountain experience spending the night totally off the grid, and waking up with astonishing views!
HIKE WITH A PROFESSIONAL MOUNTAIN GUIDE
You will experience one of the most extraoridanires hikes out there! Witness the silence and sounds of nature surrounded with breathtaking views. The two possible hikes are of medium difficulty, we will have a certified mountain guide supporting and guiding our journey.

who is this experience for?
For those who enjoy adventure and the outdoors, and have always wanted to hike in Patagonia and have not had the opportunity or someone to come along!
Requirements:
Adequate physical condition for hiking or have prior experience.
Packing requirements:
Hiking shoes
Hiking backpack that has enough space for your sleeping bag
Sleeping bag (you can rent one in Bariloche)
Water bottle
Highly suggested packing:
Hiking poles
Thermal sports wear

TUESDAY DECEMBER 10TH, 2024
4PM - Check-in at the airbnb in Bariloche
Free time to enjoy your time in Bariloche and prepare for the hike.
*food and activities of this day are not included in the price.
WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 11TH, 2024
7AM - Light Breakfast
8AM - Hiking begins with a professional mountain guide.
Expect about 5 to 6 hours of walking and the ultimate nature immersion!
2PM-3PM - Approximate arrival to the Mountain Hut, you can cool down your feet in the fresh lake water, and even take a swim if the weather allows, rest and LUNCH (not included at the price, available to purchase at the Mountain Hut)
7PM - DINNER included
If the sky is clear star gazing
THURSDAY DECEMBER 12TH, 2024
8AM - Breakfast at the mountain hut
10AM- Head back down
2-3PM - Approximate finish of the hike
*The arrival to Bariloche can vary depending on which hike we do. If it is Jakob we can be back at the airbnb around 5pm if it is Laguna Illon around 7pm.
DINNER OUT AND CELEBRATION!

THE HIKE
There are two possible hikes, the decision will be based upon availability, these are the two options:
Pampa Linda to Laguna Ilon + Mirada del Doctor:
Distance: 12 kms (one way)
Elevation gain: 600 mts
Approximate time: 5 to 6 hrs (one way)
Tambo Baez to San Martin Hut (Laguna Jakob):
Distance: 13.13 kms (one way)
Elevation gain: 800 mts
Approximate time: 5 to 6 hrs (one way)

💫 Hiking gear (shoes, poles and sleeping bag) *you will need a sleeping bag, which you can rent in Bariloche if you do not want to bring your own.
HOUSING IN BARILOCHE
We will stay in an Airbnb apartment in the downtown area so we have easy access to restaurants and stores. It is 115 m2 with two shared bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
