Day 1: Just As Your Are - 45 minutes
Begin your journey with a 3-minute meditation, setting the foundation for this challenge. The core principle is simple yet powerful - showing up as you are is enough!

Day 2: Centering & Grounding Flow - 30 minutes
This practice is about coming home to yourself. We create that state by starting this practice with a 3-part breathe, expect transitions that require core control, poses that activate the connection to the earth such as warrior II and III. Poses that invite openness such as wild things and moments of serenity using stillness.

Day 3: Expressive Flow - 45 minutes
A medium intensity practice to tap into your creative energy where we do not repeat sequences. It starts with a 3 minute self-expression meditation and expect balancing poses such as warrior III, dancer's pose, side plank, falling triangle, camel pose and more.

Day 4: Heart Centered Practice - 50 minutes
We set the base of this practice creating awareness of the space of the heart. A practice that creates openness across the chest with a sequence that includes wild things, floating half moon, dancers pose and camel pose, finishing with counter poses to restore balance. Expect to feel grounded in the space of the heart!

We start with a letting-go 5 minute meditation and we flow focusing on the hips and inviting lightness and space to be experienced in the body.
