This space is for you to take a pause so that you can recharge your own battery, tapping into the benefits of yoga: 

Enhance clarity and focus.

Alleviate stress.

Mind-body connection.

Strength and flexibility. 

Balanced nervous system. 

ABOUT THE CLASS:

A 30 minute gentle hatha/vinyasa class, for all levels where we will explore the following tools of yoga: 

MOVEMENT (asanas) 

BREATHWORK (pranayama) 

MEDITATION

CLASS RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Find a quiet space free from distractions.

  • Use a yoga mat. 

  • Support and enhance your practice with yoga blocks and a blanket or thick towel
