This space is for you to take a pause so that you can recharge your own battery, tapping into the benefits of yoga:

ABOUT THE CLASS:
A 30 minute gentle hatha/vinyasa class, for all levels where we will explore the following tools of yoga:
MOVEMENT (asanas)
BREATHWORK (pranayama)
MEDITATION
CLASS RECOMMENDATIONS:

Find a quiet space free from distractions.

Use a yoga mat.

Support and enhance your practice with yoga blocks and a blanket or thick towel
